This maintenance release fixes bugs in firmware and software

Registered users can download the package as usual from http://www.liberouter.org/clients.

Changes since 1.0.1:

Fixed firmware bug in statistical sampling and sample-and-hold - these features didn't work with MTX interface cards.
Fixes in netflowctl_ph1: setting of sampling rates and graceful handling of resets
